Return Material Request Policy: |
|
1. This is applicable only to products sold as new. |
|
2. Please note that warranty is not transferable. |
3. Subject to the preceding limitations and duration of warranty period from the product(s) and brand(s), the sole and exclusive warranty will be limited to the repair or replacement of the Product, equivalent in configuration or current market value, with remedy and value to be determined solely by Adventure Multi Devices Sdn Bhd and (or) vendor(s) of the products. |

4. Adventure Multi Devices Sdn Bhd shall in no event be liable to buyers or any third parties for any consequential, indirect or incidental damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of business investment, loss of data, loss of goodwill, and/or interference with business relationships, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. |
|
5. Adventure Multi Devices Sdn Bhd will not provide credit note or cash refund to dealer/customer for warranty claims, but will provide replacement or repairs. |
|
6. All warranty claims shell be void and disposed off without any further notice if no collection from dealer / customer after 60 days from the date hereof. |
|
7. Adventure Multi Devices Sdn Bhd reserves the rights to change the terms and conditions in this warranty policy without notifications. |

All rights not expressly granted herein are reserved. |

|
1. For any Warranty claims, Information required includes: |
|
- Specific reason for return.
- Invoice /or Sales Order Number.
- Full part number (Must match what is actually returned).
- Quantity (Must match what is actually returned)
- Warranty expiry date.

|
|
2. A copy of "TECHNICAL SERVICE REPORT"(1ST copy of white form) with Return Material Authorization number shall be issued to our dealer/customer, which permits products to be returned and received by Adventure Multi Devices Sdn Bhd. |
|
3. Adventure Multi Devices Sdn Bhd warrants that the all Products, in the course of its normal use, shall be free from defects in material and workmanship for the Warranty Period provided by the the respective vendors. This warranty does not cover any damage to this product that results from accident, abuse, misuse, natural or personal disaster, or any unauthorized disassembly, repair, or modification. |

4. For non-compliance warranty claims, as bellows conditions : |
|
- The returned unit is found not faulty, or
- The warranty labels are opened / removed, or
- As stated in the 3rd clause.
|
|
|
There will be a handling charges of RM30.00 if any the above matter happened. Dealer / customer shall be settled the payment before return of the equipment. Bank-in details : |

5. Adventure Multi Devices Sdn Bhd will at its option, either repair or replace any part of its product(s) that prove defective by reason of improper workmanship or materials. The warranty covers all parts and labor cost to repair/replace the faulty product. |

6. Upon the repaired or replaced product(s) is ready, dealer/customer is required to chop and sign on 2nd and 3rd copies of "TECHNICAL SERVICE REPORT". And return the 3rd copy to Adventure Multi Devices Sdn Bhd. |
